Our general approach to Coronavirus is set out below.
HOWEVER, although our repairer networks are only offering limited service (at best) at present, we will generally be dealing with claims in strict order of receipt.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we are currently working from home. As a result we are unable to offer a complete telephone answering service.
However, we are offering our normal online claims handling service. This can be accessed via our Online Claims page. If you need to contact us please do so using the Contact Us page.
If you believe your claim is urgent or you require a claims form, please leave a message including your email address. We will aim to respond to you by email only, as soon as possible and in any event, within six working hours.
All costs associated with valid claims and for the risks and liabilities, as defined in the terms and conditions under which these maintenance agreements and service contract warranties were sold, are the responsibility of WLM.
Customer funds are fully protected so that customers can make claims with confidence as and when they are necessary throughout the lifetime of their maintenance agreements. To further protect the funds, WLM has secured its own position through an arrangement with a major insurer.
Customers who require a repair, wish to make a claim, or simply want to update their details should in the first instance contact MB&G Insurance Services Limited using the online claims page https://www.mbginsurance.co.uk/claims/dreams
The online claims forms lists all of the information required to start processing your claim and therefore this is the best method to make a claim.
Alternativly customers may telephone 0800 652 6750. They may also write to MB&G Insurance Services at Cobalt Business Exchange, Cobalt Park Way, Newcastle, NE28 9NZ or they may email firstname.lastname@example.org. MB&G Insurance Services will call customers back.
In the event that customers have a problem that cannot be resolved fairly within the terms and conditions of their respective Ten Year Guarantees or Bed Cover service contracts then they can write to Warranty Logistics Management.
